Rebecca Paris

Rebecca has built their career developing and stewarding operational systems for mission-driven organizations, with experience spanning nonprofit finance, HR administration, and operational infrastructure. Most recently, Rebecca served as Director of Operations at Uptown People’s Law Center, where they led significant improvements to financial systems, HR processes, and internal technology. Prior to that, they were a founding member of Google’s Youth Council through Canvas8, contributing to equity and bias work in technology product development that expanded across five continents. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Women’s Studies from Concordia University in Montreal, QC, Canada.
